The Lustre List is AUTORE MODA’s way of saying thank you to the customers we love by providing you with exclusive discounts and offers. Our Membership Program offers 3 tiers, combining loyalty levels with point earnings.
How do I join?
If you are an existing customer or email subscriber, you can earn points, refer friends, and enjoy exclusive incentives. Make sure you have created an online account in order to access your rewards. Sign up now.
How do I move up to the next tier?
As you continue to invest in AUTORE MODA pieces, you earn more points and progress to the next tier.
Join the program and you will become a member. Spend over $1500 to become an insider. Spend over $4000 to become a VIP.
What is the difference between Membership Levels & Points?
The membership levels are based on spending. The points are based on loyalty & brand interaction, and can be redeemed for discounts.
How do I earn points?
Inside the Lustre List, there are 3 tiers, Nurture, Harvest, Shine, in which you can earn points which can be redeemed on future orders.

How do I redeem points?
Redeem your points by reaching milestones.
- Reach points and receive a 10% off voucher.
- Reach 3000 points and receive a 15% off voucher.
- Reach 4000 points and receive a 20% off voucher.
Can I redeem points during a promotional period?
Membership points are unable to be redeemed in conjunction with other sale or promotional codes. If there is already a sale in place - you are getting the best deal!
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account by clicking the person icon in the top right corner and you will see your points balance.
Do my points expire?
Yes, if unused within one calendar year.
What happens if I return an order?
The amount of points earned will
be deducted for the returned purchase.
Are my free gifts or promotions refundable?
No they are not.
Can I earn points on a past purchase?
No, points are only earned on
future purchases after the become a member.
